Fair use means normal day-to-day dictation and meeting notes by the people on your plan. It does not cover automated bulk transcription or reselling access.

No. The lifetime plans cover the 60db Flow app only. The 60db API plans, with credits for text to speech, speech to text, chat, memory and Judge, are separate and listed on the pricing page.
