Phone numbers and calls for your voice agents. Telephony is prepaid money used only for Telephony phone numbers and calls. It is separate from your plan and bonus credits.

Frequently asked questions

Each API plan gives you a monthly amount of credits: 3,000 on Free, 120,000 on Starter ($6), 400,000 on Creator ($22) and 2,000,000 on Pro ($99). One credit is one text-to-speech character. Speech-to-text, chat, memory and Judge use credits at fixed rates listed in the credits table on this page.

Yes. Yearly billing gives you 2 months free: you pay for 10 months (yearly price = monthly price × 10), which is $60 a year on Starter, $220 on Creator and $990 on Pro. Your credits still renew every month, and top-ups stay at your plan's rate.

You can switch from monthly to yearly at any time; it takes effect immediately and starts a new annual cycle. You can't switch from yearly back to monthly mid-term: cancel the yearly plan, it keeps running until the end of the year, then choose monthly. Upgrading to a higher yearly plan mid-year is immediate, with credit for your unused months (minus the 2 free months), and unused credits carry over. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of your billing cycle. Yearly purchases can be refunded within 14 days, only if no credits have been used.

Each plan has a concurrency limit per workspace, counting REST and WebSocket requests together. Text to speech: Free 1, Starter 5, Creator 10. Speech to text: Free 2, Starter 10, Creator 20. Pro has unlimited concurrency for both. A request over the limit gets HTTP 429; retry when one finishes, or upgrade for more.

Usage stops until you top up or upgrade. Creator and Pro plans can top up at their plan's rate (for example, $10 buys 181,818 credits on Creator or 202,020 on Pro) and turn on automatic top-up so requests keep working. Free and Starter users can upgrade to unlock top-ups.

Available on Creator and Pro. You choose a balance threshold, a top-up pack ($10 to $1,000) and a monthly limit, and save your card once. When your credits fall below the threshold, we add the pack at your plan's rate so requests keep working. You can turn it off at any time in your account.

No. Purchased top-up credits don't expire and remain usable if you change plans.

60db Flow is sold as a one-time lifetime purchase, with no monthly bill: $49 per user, or $99 for 3 users. Both include unlimited dictation under fair use, automatic meeting notes and every future update. Flow is available now for macOS 14 or later. There is a 7-day return policy: change your mind within 7 days of purchase and we refund you in full.

Every character in your input text counts, including spaces and punctuation. For example, "Hello world" is 11 characters. SSML tags are not counted.

Speech-to-Text is billed based on the duration of the audio processed, rounded up to the nearest second. A 90-second audio file would be billed as 1.5 minutes.

Memory has four billable operations: ingestion ($0.10 per 1M characters), search ($0.30 per 1,000 queries), context assembly ($0.50 per 1,000 queries), and document extraction ($0.003 per MB). You are automatically refunded if an operation fails.

Chat completions are billed at $0.50 per 1 million tokens, input and output. Managing chat sessions (creating, listing, updating, deleting) is completely free — you only pay for the AI inference.

60dB Judge is billed at $0.010 per 1M input tokens. Output tokens are free ($0).

60db Telephony is billed from a prepaid balance that is separate from your plan credits. Number rental is $6 per month per number and calls, inbound and outbound, are $0.003 per minute. Prices are in US dollars; the rupee equivalent is shown at a fixed $1 = INR 100, and the minimum top-up is $1.
